Endpoints

Qualified clinical review None on record
Six endpoints, derived from the subject headings the indexer already attached to each record. Pick one and the matrix shows which compounds in scope carry which class of record against it, with every record cited.
Endpoints
| Endpoint | Records in scope | Compounds with a record | Subject headings in the set |
|---|---|---|---|
| Body weight and adiposity | 108 | 17 of 17 | 19 |
| Glycaemic control | 117 | 17 of 17 | 18 |
| Cardiovascular | 30 | 11 of 17 | 24 |
| Renal | 10 | 7 of 17 | 10 |
| Hepatic | 9 | 9 of 17 | 8 |
| Neurological | 18 | 8 of 17 | 24 |
186 records are indexed across the 17 compounds in scope. A record can sit under more than one endpoint, and 10 carry no heading from any of the six sets, so the column above does not sum to the total.
How a record reaches an endpoint
Each endpoint is a fixed list of MeSH subject headings. A record belongs to the endpoint when the indexer attached at least one heading from that list. Nobody reads the record to place it, and placing it says nothing about what it reported.
The method page prints every set in full, states how the record classes are derived, and explains why the endpoint pages themselves are not published.
These pages are withheld
All six endpoint pages present compound-level evidence, every compound in scope is marked high impact, and no qualified clinical reviewer is recorded. The pages are built and served but carry a noindex directive. The review register lists exactly what is held back.
